Size and Fit
Snaffles run true to size and are designed for standard to narrow foot widths. We recommend choosing a snug fit over a loose one — your sandals should feel secure and supportive rather than roomy.
Since our sandals feature orthopedic support that may feel different from regular footwear, we suggest wearing them indoors for 30-60 minutes daily during your first week. This gives your feet time to adjust to what real support feels like.

Care Instructions
We recommend wearing your Snaffles for 1-2 hours daily during the first week, allowing your feet and the sandal's leather to gently mold to each other. After periods in unsupportive footwear, real support may feel surprising at first—but soon your Snaffles will feel like a natural part of your stride.
Clean with a soft, damp cloth and store in your Snaffles dust bag when not in use.
Shipping & Returns
At Snaffles, we believe what you wear should support you fully. If your Snaffles aren't quite your stride, we invite you to send them back — on us.
Shipping: We'll send you tracking details once your order ships.
Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to decide if your Snaffles are the right fit. Sandals must remain unworn outdoors and in like-new condition. To return, email care@wearsnaffles.com with your order number and a photo of the soles. We'll send a prepaid return label—no cost to you. Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days.
