Snaffles Terms of Service

Welcome to wearsnaffles.com (the “Site”), proudly owned and operated by Snaffles LLC (“Snaffles,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Sale explain how we handle orders, returns, and everything in between so you can shop with confidence, knowing you’re cared for at every step.

1. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Shipping

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Snaffles is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing. Risk of loss transfers to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

3. Returns & Exchanges

At Snaffles, we believe what you wear should support you fully. Our sandals are thoughtfully crafted with orthopedic features that might feel different from what you’re used to. If you’re not confident you will love them when you first try them on, we recommend wearing your Snaffles indoors for 30-60 minutes a day during the first week to give your feet a chance to adjust to what real support feels like. 

If your Snaffles aren’t quite your stride, we invite you to send them back — on us.

How it works:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if your Snaffles are the right fit. Sandals must not be worn outdoors and must be in like-new condition. To request a return, email us at care@wearsnaffles.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the sandal soles (to confirm they’ve remained indoors or to show us any concerns)

We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label so you can return them easily, at no cost to you.

For Defective or Unexpected Issues:

If your sandals arrive with a flaw or something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Email a photo and description to care@wearsnaffles.com, and we’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Once your return arrives home to us and passes a quick inspection, we’ll process your refund to your original form of payment, typically within 5–7 business days. Prefer a different size or color? We’re happy to help you exchange for the perfect pair. 

4. Product Information

We do our best to represent product details, colors, and specifications accurately. Natural materials and screen displays may cause slight variations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snaffles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
